We can ship to virtually any address in the world. Note that there are restrictions on some products, and some products cannot be shipped to international destinations. When shipping internationally you may also incur customs charges depending on the item price and delivery location.

When you place an order, we will estimate shipping and delivery dates for you based on the availability of your items and the shipping options you choose.

Please also note that the shipping rates for many items we sell are weight-based. The weight of any such item can be found on its detail page. To reflect the policies of the shipping companies we use, all weights will be rounded up to the next full pound.

Pulse is not responsible for shipping costs on returns.

Returns Policy

Purchasing this product online does not entitle you to in store fitting services at Pulse Boot Lab.
Any services rendered in store by Pulse Boot Lab in fitting your order will be charged for appropriately by Pulse Boot Lab.
Returns are not accepted due to the incorrect sizing or incorrect fitting of your order.
Pulse Boot Lab's fit guarantee only applies to products fitted in store by our trained boot fitters.
Products purchased online are not subject to fitting, adjustments or guarantee at Pulse's retail location.
All discounted items are final sale.
You may return most new, unopened items within 7 days of delivery for a full refund.
You should expect to receive your refund within 7 business days of package arrival at retail location.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return.
We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Warranty Policy
All Warranties are handled through the product manufacturer, and decisions are ultimately up to the manufacturer alone. If you have any problems feel free to contact us and we will act as an intermediary between you and the manufacturer.
